Industrial vertical lift station for the automotive industry that we recently completed. The lift transfers a vehicle body over 7,6m from ground level to an alternate floor level, to accommodate its production process. The lift is shown in it’s lower and upper positions, showing its upper and lower extents. The lift carriage is supported by a dual belt arrangement and work with a counterbalance arrangement. Dual drive motors offer rapid change over times should there be a geared motor failure. This is highly beneficial when continuous production is a consideration.
