Industrial oven and spray booth used for painting and curing of a vehicle exhaust. Both systems were designed by us with the help of a specialist or two. The oven had to reach temperature within a specific time and maintain the 180°c during production. We calculated all the necessary heat loses and so forth. The oven is fully insulated with automated entry and exit doors followed by a fan blown cooling zone.
The spray booth was designed in such a way that it could be assembled on a modular basis and transported as such.
We also managed and designed all the structural elements and steel work to support both the oven and spray booth and all their residual equipment.
