Project Description: This plant assists in the assembly of the ECM’s. The conveyors supply the assembly operators with ECM’s as they are processed and assembled. The machine shown here (blue panels) preforms the following automatic processes to the almost complete ECM’s: 1. loads ECM’s into itself using an integrated transfer gripper system. 2. Bar-code scan and performs com’s verification. 3. Laser marking with air extraction. 4. Laser marking and com’s verification. 5 Final sealing of ECM with dual rivet insertion. Rivets supplied by two vibratory bowel feeders. 6. High current test in isolated environment. 6. Rivet confirmation and reject if ECM’s fail. 7. Off-load.
All the requirements were successfully achieved by scrutinizing each and every one which allowed us to come up with the necessary mechanisms for this facility to function correctly. A proud display of our potential.
