There’s more to this project than just the container. It’s accompanied by a spreader bar design with dust suppression and an included door opening system which was designed to attached to the relevant truck trailer. I’ll showcase these a bit later.
The Container, designed for a 12 ton payload, with top loading doors and lower dump doors which are manipulated by the spreader bar. The three images show the container with the doors closed, top doors open, bottom doors closed and bottom doors open with top doors closed. These containers were destined for the Netherlands and we had to ensure that isolation of the product dust and weight perimeters, were at the forefront of the design.
